Adamstown New Lambton Athletics Club Presentation

Below is a link to a guide to the times for the presentation that we have prepared but please note that these are an estimate only and if we run ahead of schedule and the times shown then we will not be slowing down.

Presentation Timing Guide 2017-2018 same time sequence as last year

I would suggest that you arrive between 20 - 30 minutes before the time of your child's allocated award time. If you believe that your child may also be in the running for any of the major awards or acknowledgements please make sure that you have arrived before that time as well.

Please remember that as this is an event under the auspice of Little Athletics NSW a NO ALCOHOL policy will be in place meaning that we request that NO alcohol be consumed in the function room during the presentation and that NO alcohol will be served during the presentation. The bar in the function room will serve a variety of juices and soft drinks.

I would encourage you to stay after the Presentation for a meal to support a club sponsor and to spend some time with us (the committee) and other families from the athletics club.

note some regulation 1 2 3

I look forward to seeing you all on the presentation night.

Greg
President

The Adamstown New Lambton Athletics Club Presentation for season 2016 - 2017 will be held as detailed below:

Location: South Newcastle Rugby League Club (46 Llewellyn Road, Merewether)

Date: April 2018 (To be confirmed)

Start Time: 4:00PM

Finish Time: 7:00PM (Approx)

We encourage families to take advantage of the club's bistro facilities after the Presentation at their own expense. The club is providing their facilities at a highly reduced rate and we need to provide them with some patronage as repayment.

As detailed within our club handbook athletes must typically attend for 70% of the possible Friday nights following their registration to qualify for awards, trophies, medals and the like. We do try to be, and are, very flexible with this however there must be some cut off to ensure some value is placed on the awards. To avoid disappointment at the presentation, if you are unsure if your child has qualified for an award then please send an email to results@anlac.org.au with your child's name and age group and we can confirm if they are eligible for an award.

There are tables published on the LAANSW web site with the scores.

Note these tables are indicative only for our purposes due to the fact that we must streamline this event for the limited time we have on Friday evenings and therefore we do run some events that are not in a normal Multi-Event program.
